Yes! The templates are designed to be customized to your branding. You will be able to set the colors and fonts of your website in a panel and these styles will be applied to your entire website – it’s that easy!
The templates are available on WordPress with Elementor (an incredible drag-and-drop page builder!) and Squarespace. No code required on either platform! Scroll up or a quick comparison and to see which platform is right for you.
There is no price or tech difference! All pages and styles are the same for both templates. You may notice a few slight differences between some styles of the pages from Squarespace to WordPress – that’s because we built each template to work with the platform rather than fight against it.
Yes. For WordPress you will need website hosting. We recommend siteground, and show you how to set this up. This is ~$10/month. You also need Elementor Pro, which is $50/year – you will not need to pay for this if you book a template buildout!
For Squarespace, you will just need to purchase a plan through Squarespace. The plan you choose depends on if you’ll be selling on your website!
For both, you will need a domain. We recommend Google domains, this is ~$12/year.
Nope! We recommend building your website template as a seperate site on your Squarespace account and then transferring your domain when you’re ready. We have a step-by-step on what we recommend in our tutorial library, don’t you worry.
Yes, but you’ll need to switch to 7.1! No worries here, you won’t need to pay for a new website or destroy your old one. We have a tutorial walking you through how to make the switch.
We also recommend building your website template as a seperate site on your Squarespace account and then transferring your domain when you’re ready (we have a tutorial for this) – so this will make the switchover simple.
Yes! We recommend downloading the DIY Branding Checklist and setting your color palette and font set before you get started. You can do this here.
Nope! You are free to delete, duplicate, and utilize whatever pages you need! Decide to not use your shop pages right now and add them on later? You totally can. This template is designed to scale with you.
The template is licensed to only one business and one site. If you’d like to purchase two for two businesses, however, let me know and I can work out a bundle deal (we do that for our custom web clients so I don’t see why not! Just send me an email at hello@builtbybrandt.com
